Our team, led by Mary Choi in Taiwan and Laura Shelley as Adoption Manager in the US, has dedicated countless hours to saving and improving the lives of thousands of dogs.
Mary Choi, Founder of Adopt a Doggie
Based in Taiwan, Mary Choi is the driving force behind Adopt a Doggie. Her unwavering dedication to rescuing dogs from dire situations and providing them with the love and care they deserve has been the foundation of our organization.
Mary oversees the main shelter in Taiwan, ensuring that each dog receives proper medical care, food, and attention while waiting for their forever home. Her passion for helping dogs in need has inspired countless people to join our mission, creating a community of compassionate animal lovers.
Laura Shelley, Adoption Manager
Laura Shelley has been an integral part of Adopt a Doggie since its early days, even before the organization was officially formed. As the Adoption Manager, Laura works closely with Mary to ensure that our rescued dogs find loving homes in the US. Her expertise in fostering, training, and placing dogs in their forever homes has been invaluable to our mission.
Over the years, Laura has facilitated the adoptions of thousands of dogs, providing them with a new lease on life. Her tireless efforts and dedication to the well-being of our rescued dogs have made a significant impact on their lives and the lives of their adoptive families.
